We are a two-provider Patient Centered Medical Home in Lake Odessa, MI. Dr. CR Barnett has been practicing medicine since 1984 and has a wealth of experience caring for the full range of ages and health issues typical of Family Practice medicine.Families of three and four generations have continued to put their trust in his care. KC Bellin, has been a Nurse Practitioner (NP) seeing patients and working closely with Dr. Barnett since 2021. And, as of October, 2023, Jamie Snow has joined the medical team as an RN Care Manager who will assist in patient education and transition of care among other duties.
